Just before the holiday season, SOL Network, Global Brigades Greece, and The Home Project came together to deliver a special activity at The Home Project shelter for young unaccompanied children.

The event took the form of an arts-based, experiential health promotion workshop, using theatrical play, music, and interactive games inspired by the Christmas spirit. Through play and creative expression, children learned in a joyful and accessible way about balanced nutrition, the importance of good sleep, and healthy daily habits.

The children participated with great enthusiasm — the space was filled with laughter, movement, music, and imagination. The workshop created a safe and joyful learning environment where children could express themselves freely, have fun, and gain valuable knowledge at the same time.

This initiative highlighted the power of collaboration and the role of the arts as meaningful tools for health promotion and child empowerment, especially during the holiday season, when care, connection, and joy matter more than ever.
